Queen’s College Taunton is one of the leading independent boarding schools based in the south-west of the country, educating approximately 780 boys and girls from age 0 to 18. There are four boarding houses accommodating over 200 boarders. The school has around 300 permanent staff split approximately 50/50 between academic and support staff. The school is part of the Methodist Independent Schools Trust (MIST).
We are looking to recruit a Part-time Teacher of DT to provide an outstanding student experience through teaching learning and assessment, enabling students to maximise their potential. The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level, have a PGCE/QTS or equivalent. They will have excellent subject knowledge and an impressive track records of results and a willingness to be fully involved in school life.
