Richard Lander School is Truro’s largest secondary school.  It is situated to the West of the city centre and serves the beautiful coastal communities of St. Agnes and Porthtowan as well as communities closer at hand.  It is an 11-16 community maintained school, which is highly regarded in the area and oversubscribed.  At the heart of our work is a desire to see all our young people develop their gifts and talents to their full potential. Required from September 2019, Teacher of DT Resistant Materials.  Experience of teaching Engineering would be an advantage. 

Richard Lander are looking for an inspirational teacher to join our DT Department.  This post would be suitable for someone looking to work within a committed and hardworking DT team.  You should be an excellent classroom practitioner and able to teach across the age and ability range at Key Stages 3 and 4. This post would be ideal for either a gifted NQT or an experienced professional.
