The Stamford Endowed Schools are looking to appoint a well-qualified, inspirational part-time Teacher of English as an Additional Language (EAL) to join a busy and successful department.
The post is for 0.2 FTE however there is a possibility that this will increase from September 2021. The successful candidate will be an experienced, committed and enthusiastic teacher who possesses the ability to teach at all levels. The ability to speak Cantonese and/or Mandarin would be advantageous.
As a teacher of EAL you would be assessing our EAL students and teaching those students who require either an English-language qualification or language support. You would also be involved in liaising with colleagues as to the needs of those students and as to how best to support them.
