The College is seeking to appoint a well-qualified, high performing and enthusiastic individual to the full-time fixed term post of Teacher of Education & Childcare, who will lead and inspire students on the Education & Childcare T Level. Ideally you will also be able to offer the Early Years Work Place Assessor (CACHE).

HEALTH & SOCIAL CARE at Notre Dame Catholic Sixth Form College

The Health & Social Care department at Notre Dame Catholic Sixth Form College is extremely high performing with a track record of achieving Outstanding ALPs value added for the last three years. The department is very proud to offer two T Level pathways, one in Health which is also part of a city-wide Health Academy to ensure all students have prioritised placements and one in Education & Childcare. This is an exciting time for the college as we move into the second year of the T Level Education & Childcare, completing the refurbishment of specialist accommodation ready for September 2023.

The Health & Social Care department is lively, dynamic and progressive in terms of its approaches and there is both a friendly and professional atmosphere within the department. All colleagues have a strong emphasis on encouraging a positive rapport between staff and students in the pursuit of academic success. Within the department there is a wealth of experience and professional knowledge and an encouragement to undertake CPD.
