The successful candidate will be required to teach at both sites. We have a vacancy for a confident, enthusiastic, suitably qualified and experienced teacher of English to join a large, successful department from September 2019.
The successful candidate will:
• be a dynamic, dedicated and enthusiastic English teacher
• have a passionate commitment to making English stimulating and relevant for all
• be familiar with Key Stages 3, 4 and 5
• be a skilled ICT practitioner
• be willing to contribute to the wider life of the School
• have the calibre and ambition to develop his or her career in and beyond this post
English is an important subject in School and consistently achieves excellent results. English has fifteen teachers in the department. Standards of teaching and collaborative practice are high in the departments

King Edward VII School is a mainstream, state-community, co-educational, non-denominational, secondary school for children aged 11-18. It is situated in Sheffield, South Yorkshire and it has over 1700 pupils on its roll, including over 600 in Sixth Form.
