We are delighted to advertise for this rare and exciting role, as Teacher of English and Co-ordinator of Oracy at Ravens Wood School. This is a crucial role within the School, highlighting the value that we place on students’ ability to communicate effectively using spoken language, extending their vocabulary and unlocking access to the wider curriculum for all Ravens Wood students.
Set in a semi-rural location on the outskirts of Bromley we are just 20 minutes from Central London by train and 5 minutes from open countryside. The area also boasts fantastic transport links to the surrounding areas.
The School received an extremely impressive Ofsted Report in April 2018, and is rated ‘Good’ in all areas. We are extremely ambitious and are continuing on our journey towards being a truly ‘Outstanding’ school.
