A full time, well-qualified and creative teacher is required for September 2020 for Years 7, 8, 9 and GCSE. A level teaching may also be available.
We are looking for an engaging teacher to support the continuing success of both our English faculty and Drama department. Claremont Fan Court offers a vibrant English programme including A levels in English literature and English language and a variety of English co-curricular activities. Drama provides an exciting variety of theatre visits, whole school productions, speech and drama and is a popular subject with a strong uptake at GCSE.
Applicants will be expected to demonstrate an innovative and effective teaching style with excellent subject knowledge of English. A good English honours degree and teaching qualification are required. The role would suit either an experienced teacher looking for a new challenge or an NQT for whom first class support will be given.
A willingness to contribute to the co-curricular and pastoral life of the school is essential.
