Commencing September 2024 – MPS/UPS (plus potential TLR2 £5,347.00)

 

We are looking to appoint a dynamic and enthusiastic Teacher of English and Second in Department, with the potential to be KS4 Lead to join our team of dedicated, lively and innovative teachers who all work collaboratively with each other. Their strength as a team has led to excellent results over a sustained period. We are looking for somebody who is passionate about their subject and will be able to work within a team-centred approach. In addition to this, it would be desirable for the successful candidates to have the ability to teach Media Studies, however this is not essential. There is potential for teaching at all levels to be offered. This is a full time, permanent position.

Bungay High School is a co-educational secondary school with academy status in Bungay, Suffolk. It caters for children aged 11-18.

The school, originally Bungay Grammar School, became Bungay High School in 1974. A range of academic and vocational and academic qualifications are offered in its sixth form.
