Barnsley Academy is a rapidly improving school, and the successful candidate will be joining us at an exciting time in our development. We are looking to recruit a committed teacher of English to work within our fantastic English department. Students at Barnsley Academy enjoy English lessons and outcomes have risen dramatically in recent years. The department is ambitious; we know that we have the skills, drive and support to provide an outstanding learning experience for our students.

We are seeking a driven, dedicated teacher who will engage, enthuse and challenge students to achieve their best. Our ideal candidate will be a creative thinker and possess the ability to develop innovative teaching strategies in order to inspire our students and help them to foster a love of English, both inside and outside of the classroom.
