The role: 

Swanwick Hall is  currently seeking to appoint a Teacher of English to join a faculty of supportive like-minded teachers who share the same vision to inspire our students to achieve their full potential. Within this role you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons at a high standard to our students to achieve this vision. 

The person: 

We are looking for someone who has a real passion for English and their teaching and can demonstrate excellent subject knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a range of skills and experiences that they can bring to our school to complement our current talented team of teachers.

The environment

A happy, healthy and supportive work environment is very important to us. We provide a free Employee Assistance Programme for all employees from day one of employment and conduct a wellbeing survey annually to ensure we measure distance travelled and that we continually improve. 

We are mindful of the impact of the pandemic, and our schools continue to take steps to be Covid secure. This includes our curriculum support staff maintaining a safe social distance and as such you will not be working in close contact with students if you secure this role.
