ABC Teachers – Part of the TES Group are looking to recruit for a secondary school based in Dudley. The school are looking for a full time Teacher of English to teach to KS4 – this position is to start as soon as possible and will run on an ongoing basis until the end of the academic year. There is potential for the role to continue in September 2019 for the right candidate. 

Role: 

• Teacher of English 

• This position is to start asap and will run on an ongoing basis

• As a Teacher of English, you will be required to carry out all teaching duties including planning, preparing marking etc

• Competitive daily rate depending on experience

About the School: 

• The school is based in Dudley

• As a Teacher of English, you will also be taking on all teaching duties teaching English to Key Stage 4. A level is advantageous but not essential.

• Supportive leadership that promote an ethos of togetherness 

In order to be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following criteria:

• Be eligible to work in the UK (must have a valid visa) 

• Must hold relevant teaching qualifications (Bachelor of Education / PGCE) 

• Have previous experience teaching the UK curriculum 

• Have recent classroom experience as teacher in the UK (essential)

• Commitment to support the ethos of this school

• Be confident in using ICT in their professional role 

• Have excellent communication skills 

• Possess valid references, DBS/police checks

Please note that all teachers must hold valid QTS. For any Teaching Assistant roles you must hold an NVQ Level 3 or above, a relevant educational degree or a minimum of 3 months relevant experience within a UK school in the last 5 years.
