Required for September 2017  TEACHER OF ENGLISH   NQT strongly considered                Grade: MPR – UPR (for right candidate) Hours:  Full time We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, highly motivated and inspirational Teacher of English to join a committed and highly successful department.  This post would be suitable for an NQT seeking to start their teaching career as part of an effective and supportive team. It would also be suitable for an experienced teacher looking for a new challenge.    You will be an engaging, forward thinking dedicated professional ensuring that learning and progress is at the forefront in this forward thinking faculty.  You will be committed to engaging students through outstanding teaching in your classes and will enjoy learning and success as a result of your skill, enthusiasm and high expectations.  The successful candidate will be able to teach English across Key Stage 3 and 4.   Testbourne is a thriving 11-16 comprehensive school with a record of very good academic achievement.  In 2016   In 2016  70.5% of pupils achieved 5+ A*-C grades inc. English and Maths  75.6% of pupils achieved A*-C grades inc.
