We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and ambitious teacher who is able to teach English throughout the school at Key Stage 3, Key Stage 4 and A-Level. The successful candidate will be well-qualified, resilient & have a passion for their subject.

English is taught to all students throughout Key Stage 3 and students have four lessons each week. At GCSE, all students take both English Language and English Literature at GCSE and students have five lessons per week.

The faculty is housed in a dedicated block with nine classrooms, including its own IT suite, staff base and a library resources centre that has recently been completely refurbished. Our English team is made up of eight subject specialists and two part time specialists and we offer a supportive and collaborative environment to work in.
