Five academies, one growing family
Formed in April 2014 as a result of the very long and successful history of Bluecoat Academy, Archway Learning Trust is based in the heart of the city of Nottingham, providing high-quality learning experiences for our students from the ages 3 – 18. Our growing family of academies include Bluecoat Aspley Academy and Sixth Form, Bluecoat Wollaton Academy, Bluecoat Beechdale Academy, Bluecoat Primary Academy and The Nottingham Emmanuel School. In addition, the Bluecoat SCITT provides excellent teacher training and for the last two years 100% of trainees gained QTS.
As a Trust, we look to work collaboratively and share knowledge, skills and expertise across all our academies. Although predominantly based at one of our academies, there may be the opportunity for you to work across campuses to develop your skills and abilities. We work closely with each candidate to match their needs to the school where they can be most effective. Many staff have enjoyed experiencing other types of schools across the Trust and the opportunities to grow, develop and achieve promotion are increased by working together.
What can you expect from us?
