We are seeking to appoint a well qualified and highly motivated teacher with the drive and energy to join our thriving, dynamic and successful English Department.
English is an exceptionally popular subject at Headington, especially in our sixth form where we offer exciting and exhilarating courses in both A Level and the International Baccalaureate. The department has ten teachers and the success of the department is reflected not just by the popularity of the subject, but also by the results our students achieve in public examinations.
You must be committed to excellence in teaching and learning using innovative methods to engage and inspire students and be a strong team player with a keen desire to work collaboratively with colleagues.
