Job overview

We are looking for an outstanding full time English Teacher who can teach KS3 to KS5, with the subject knowledge to deliver high quality lessons to ensure great learning. The successful candidate is an outstanding practitioner who may be an ECT looking for their first teaching job or a more experienced colleague with the desire and ability to take on a Key Stage at English (ideally KS3, although open to other applications) and translate their vision to a team, ensuring their high standards are met.

The English department at Richard Reynolds are passionate about instilling a love of literature in all of our students. The curriculum is dynamic, challenging and carefully sequenced to ensure that all students make great progress, whether that be achieving a grade 5 at GCSE or an A* at A level. The department is outstanding and the team has high standards of themselves and the students they teach.
