Values and vision

St Augustine of Canterbury is a school that values achievement in the widest possible sense, academically and culturally, personally and socially. With an ethos rooted in the Catholic tradition, the school seeks to nurture each student’s individual development.

Teachers believe the most effective way of helping children achieve their full potential is to develop their self-confidence and self-belief, giving them the chance to reach their goals regardless of background or academic starting point. British values are strongly promoted and extra-curricular activities ensure pupils receive a well-rounded education.
