An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, talented Teacher of English to join our team.

The successful candidate will have a firm commitment to raising whole-school achievement; have a professional approach to staff development; high expectations; and a determination to succeed. Applications from both ECTs and experienced staff are welcomed. The post will involve teaching English at KS3 and KS4, ideally with the ability to teach KS5.

There is also the opportunity to apply for a Head of House pastoral role. The successful candidate for this role will have a firm commitment to providing a co-operative, comprehensive, inclusive, proactive and responsive pastoral system, which allows barriers to learning to be reduced and outcomes maximised. The successful candidate will provide an approach and atmosphere in which all agencies and staff (internal and external) provide support, work together effectively for the common good of students and the School. The successful candidate will ensure all students have a sense of being supported, cared for and belonging to the School.
