We are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative English teacher to join our team. This post is suitable for an Early Career Teacher (ECT) or an experienced teacher ready to join a supportive team; delivering high quality lessons that inspire and engage young people in being the best.

Applicants will be passionate about the teaching and learning of English with the vision, commitment and determination to raise standards across all abilities. This is an exciting time to join the School, as our pupil numbers are increasing and our results are on the rise.

The successful candidate will be joining a supportive, happy and established department and will work alongside dedicated, forward-thinking practitioners.

Amongst other things this individual must;

• be passionate about English and the opportunities it offers pupils.
• have a thorough understanding of the GCSE specification.
• have the drive to make a real difference to the lives of students.
• have a commitment and desire to develop their own practice and a willingness to share best practice.
