An innovative, forward-thinking person is required to teach English at KS3, KS4 and KS5. Our vision is to provide an outstanding education for all of our students, enabling them to develop into mature, independent young women ready to take their place in society.

We have high expectations and work with commitment and dedication to ensure all students have the opportunity to achieve their full potential. The department, which achieves outstanding results year-on-year, comprises three other experienced and highly qualified teachers. In 2016 100% of students achieved A*-B in English Literature at GCSE and 97% A*-B in English Language. The subject continues to be highly popular in the sixth form.
