Teacher of English required for a well-performing, outstanding in all areas Secondary Academy based in Worksop, Nottinghamshire
Tes is currently seeking an ambitious Teacher of English for a well-renowned and highly successful school seeking to expand its expirenced and friendly English Department.
The role will include teaching and co-ordinating the delivery of English at KS3, KS4 and possibly A-level across year groups 7 to 13. You will support the Head of English in enhancing provision and will get the chance to get involved with project work throughout the year.
The results of the English department are outstanding, achieving 91% 4+, 84% 5+ and 40% 7-9 in 2019. This is an ideal opportunity for a recently-qualified or experienced teacher to work in a very successful school and access excellent professional development in the form of the extensive advice, support, resources and training.

The school expects:
- a UK teaching qualification such as PGCE/PGDE, SCITT, BEd or MEd with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
