The successful candidate will demonstrate that they are capable of delivering consistently excellent classroom teaching and learning, and that they are energetic, enthusiastic, creative and resilient. Knowledge of current educational thinking and strategies to raise attainment is expected, alongside the experience of having taught to GCSE level and the ability to teach to KS5.
You will be based at our Josephine Butler Secondary Campus in excellent facilities which provide the Academy with a wide range of educational opportunities. We are an exciting and innovative Academy, committed to continuous improvement and aiming to raise aspirations and inspire achievement for the children and young people that we serve.
