Learning through health and wellbeing promotes confidence, independent thinking and positive attitudes and dispositions. This is the one of the reasons we have created a Health and Wellbeing Faculty. Good health and wellbeing is central to effective learning and preparation for successful independent living for all young people.
We are looking for a dynamic, hardworking and enthusiastic individual to join our team. You will be a skilled practitioner, supported by a strong Faculty team of Food, PE and Health & Social Care staff members, as part of a developing cross-curricular Faculty. You will teach Food & Nutrition to all ages and across the ability range, and contribute to the development of our schemes of work and enrichment opportunities. The Faculty benefits from two spacious and well-equipped Food rooms and a preparation area, plus its own allocated ICT suite.
