Ashmole Academy Trust was formed in 2015 building upon the success of Ashmole Academy and its tradition of outstanding school performance.  The Trust currently consists of a primary and secondary school.

Ashmole Academy is a forward looking, high achieving secondary school with an excellent team of staff.  The school has an excellent reputation within the local community with strong support from trustees, governors, parents and pupils.  We currently have approximately 1900 pupils with a growing and vibrant 6th form of approximately 600. Our examination results are consistently high and the Academy remains heavily oversubscribed every year.

Required from September 2023 an enthusiastic, committed and ambitious teacher of French with qualified teacher status to teach all age and ability range to join a successful team. This post would be suitable for an early career teacher (ECT).

The French Department is a successful and vibrant subject area within the MFL Faculty, delivering the curriculum across all Key Stages. French is a popular option at GCSE, with four exam classes. Our students achieve outstanding results at all levels, and we frequently have Oxbridge and Russell Group applications at A level.
