Energy Coast UTC is an outstanding 14–19 college created through a partnership between industry and education. Our approach to the curriculum, grounded in traditional values, provide a great foundation for students’ futures. We are a college that delivers engineering excellence through innovative, technically-focused education. Our industry partners include: NDA, Sellafield Ltd, Morgan Sindall, the University or Cumbria, the Royal Navy and the National Nuclear Laboratory.

We seek to appoint an enthusiastic, committed and inspirational specialist Teacher of Geography and History to join a dedicated team. The suitable candidate will have a good track record of excellent classroom practice and sustained added value outcomes for student, or be an NQT with the potential to achieve such results. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to teach Geography and History across the differing ability KS4 classes. We are committed to achieving the best possible outcomes for students, building on the success of our summer 2019 results. 

The vacancy is for a part time Teacher (0.6) up to full time, with a start date of January 2020.
