We are unashamedly aspirational in all that we do. Our students learn from the outset to aim high, in whatever they attempt. The core of this is inevitably our ambition for our students to do well academically, but if you visit you will also see evidence of high achievement in all fields, including the performing arts and sports as well as academic clubs and societies that aim to offer wider opportunities and challenges.
Our acclaimed Quality of Learning programme aims to develop independence, reflection, resilience, collaboration and creativity, and through these to equip our students with the qualities they will need to go on to succeed in whatever field they choose. There is also a strong sense of community, and through this, a commitment to supporting relationships that extend well beyond our school gates.
We are currently seeking a part-time teacher of Geography and History to teach largely KS3 or KS4/5 for a suitable candidate in one of the subjects. Geography and History are both very successful and popular departments with creative teachers generating exciting teaching and learning experiences for the students.
