  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status;
  • Be a good classroom practitioner with a strong understanding of how children learn;
  • Possess a passion to make a difference in pupils’ lives and showing a commitment to
  • school improvement;
  • Be able to motivate pupils by having them maintain a high success rate.
