Perryfields is a successful 11-19 school that was graded as 'Good' by Ofsted in January 2018. The school is over-subscribed, with an excellent record for both academic excellence and strong pastoral care.  The successful candidate would benefit from a thorough professional development programme and strong support from the senior leadership team. 

The Geography Department has a history of strong results across all Key Stages and has consistently been one of the top performing departments in the school.  We have also been awarded the Secondary Geography Quality Mark and have strong links to the Black Country Geographical Association.  

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, highly motivated and inspirational full time Teacher of Geography, who will ensure that student progress is maximised through innovative, challenging and engaging teaching.  You will have excellent subject knowledge and be passionate about making a difference to the lives of young people.  An enthusiasm for and a willingness to assist in both fieldwork and overseas enrichment trips is also essential.  Visits to the school are warmly welcomed.
