Geography is a valued and popular subject and qualification amongst our school community, offered at KS3, 4 and 5. The Geography department, made up of four team members including the Head of Geography, has the benefits of autonomy (it is not part of a wider humanities faculty), as well as the opportunity to collaborate with our excellent History, RS and Sociology departments when appropriate (all humanities subjects are popular in our school community). The school values the development of all staff from NQTs to the most experience staff members and ensures all staff have access to high quality CPD to develop their practice.
