North Bridge House Senior School is an independent, co-educational establishment.  There are currently approximately 330 Year 7-11 pupils on roll. We are looking to recruit an exceptional Teacher of MFL (German and French) to develop this outstanding and popular subject area. 

A well-qualified and passionate linguist, the successful candidate will bring enthusiasm, meticulous standards and a commitment to achieving the highest levels of academic success. They will maintain the high profile of languages at North Bridge House by teaching German to GCSE level and French at Key Stage 3.

All teachers at North Bridge House are actively involved in the pastoral life of school. The role will also offer opportunity for further contribution to the varied and vibrant array of extra-curricular programme of clubs and enrichment.

North Bridge House is totally committed to safeguarding the welfare of children and young people and expects the same from its employees. All new staff will be subject to enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) clearance, identity checks, qualification checks and employment checks to include an exploration of any gaps within employment, two satisfactory references and registration with the ‘Disclosure and Barring Service.’ If the candidate has lived in the UK and/or Overseas Checks for all other countries in which the candidate has lived or worked (for 3 months or more in any one country since the age of 16 years) and their country of origin
