We are seeking an outstanding teacher of German. The ability to also offer a second MFL (French or Spanish) would be advantageous.
The position would suit a qualified Modern Linguist with a genuine interest in language and literature, or a suitably qualified graduate with a desire to train as a teacher of MFL. Through our induction programme, and the use of external agencies, we have a proven track record of securing QTS for talented graduates who join us without a teaching qualification.
Experienced applicants are also welcome to indicate their interest in a TLR position as a Pastoral Leader (Head of Year). The TLR post attracts a responsibility payment of £4,813 as well as significant timetable reduction.
A recruitment package, including accommodation and financial incentives, is available for an exceptional candidate.
WHSB is a selective Academy Grammar School which has been designated Outstanding by OFSTED. Our School currently has 900 boys at 11-16 and 370 students in its mixed Sixth Form.
