Our most recent Ofsted Inspection (Feb 2018) Stated that the ‘senior team has fostered the development of leadership in others’. They ‘encourage staff to take responsibility and exercise initiative’. The ‘personable and positive approach has helped to unite staff behind a common purpose. The overwhelming majority of staff who responded to the survey issued during the inspection feel proud to work at the school. They agree that leaders do all they can to ensure that the school has a motivated, respected and effective teaching staff’.
