Required for 1st September, 2023.
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and highly-skilled
teacher of girls’ physical education to join our thriving PE
department. The candidate must have an absolute
commitment and passion for the profession and for
extracurricular sports and enrichment. The position would be
highly suitable for an early career teacher or a recently
qualified teacher of physical education.

Netherhall School is a grant maintained, Local Authority, mixed, non-selective, non-denominational secondary school with a sixth form, situated in Maryport, Cumbria. The school achieved its first ever rating of ‘Good’ from Ofsted in 2018, was named Cumbrian Secondary School of the Year later the same year, is host to the Cumbrian Secondary School Teacher of the Year and Cumbrian Secondary School Student of the Year. The school has a rapidly rising intake and the sixth form has over doubled in size in the past few years, with 720 students of age 11-18 currently on roll.
