We are seeking an aspirational, inspirational and ambitious teacher of physical education to join a lively and forward-thinking team to promote and enhance the quality of teaching at Sir Thomas Wharton Community College
Sir Thomas Wharton Community College is a Co-operative Academy with 948 students aged 11-19, 78 teaching staff and 54 support staff. We are situated on a pleasant site on the edge of Edlington village, adjacent to open countryside and bordered to the east by protected ancient woodland.

We require a well-qualified and enthusiastic physical education teacher to work three days per week within our highly successful department. GCSE and/or A Level PE teaching may be available to a suitably qualified candidate.
Candidates are expected to be excellent classroom practitioners across the full age and ability range. They should clearly demonstrate a commitment to continue the work of the department in further raising the levels of attainment at all key stages.
