We are looking for a dynamic, inspirational, motivated Teacher of Health and Social Care who will make the subject exciting and stimulate students’ interest and enthusiasm in their studies. Ability to teach Sociology or another subject would be beneficial. We pride ourselves on the quality of teaching and learning, and the student-centred focus we have as a team.

You will work within the hugely popular Social Sciences department where you may be expected to teach across the following courses: Health and Social Care Diploma/Extended Diploma and Sociology A Level. 

You will join a team of 9 teachers committed to maximising student potential. Your teaching should be of high quality and reflected in your students results. You should be committed to developing active and innovative approaches to learning, both inside and outside the classroom. Applications from NQTs will be considered.

We would advise you that posts advertised to start in September 2020 actually commence with student enrolment on 24th August 2020. Teaching staff are required to work this week but should you have an existing commitment, please make this clear on your application and we will honour it.
