Blessed Hugh Faringdon Catholic School is a successful and oversubscribed school judged as “Good” by Ofsted in 2017.

We are seeking to appoint a Teacher of Health and Social Care who demonstrates passion for their subject as well as a commitment to improving student outcomes.  The successful candidate must be able to teach BTEC Health and Social Care to Key stages 4 and 5.

We are part of the PiXL group of schools, whose aim is to promote student achievement through academic success.

Recently, the Sixth Form has been remodelled and is growing, with an excellent record of securing Russell Group university places for appropriate students, as well as securing other high quality destinations.

The school invests in the ongoing formation of staff. The school was judged as Good by Ofsted and Outstanding by the Diocese of Portsmouth.
