Teacher of Health & Social Care/Social Sciences

Required for January 2017  Colmers is a successful, over-subscribed school on the south west outskirts of Birmingham. We are rated as Good by OFSTED.  We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our growing team of social sciences teachers.  Due to the broadening of our curriculum offer in our Sixth-Form, the successful candidate will be asked to focus on the delivery of Health and Social Care Level 3.  In addition to this, at key-stage 4, the teaching of the Level 2 course as well.   Where possible, there may also be the opportunity to teach A-Level Sociology and/or A-Level Psychology.     This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role  For further details  please email Mrs T Shortland, HR Manager on enquiries@colmers.school
