Tes is supporting this school in seeking to appoint a dynamic and energetic teacher to join their thriving History Department as maternity cover.
The school was named the 2022 Independent Girls’ School of the Year.
As Teacher of History, you will teach History across the whole school up to and including Sixth Form.
You will plan, prepare and deliver stimulating history lessons, engaging an audience of highly motivated and talented pupils, working to meet their educational needs.
You will ideally be a well-qualified and inspirational individual, with a demonstrable passion for History.
In addition to your primary subject, the ability to teach Politics is highly desirable, exhibiting previous experience of teaching Politics or the willingness to learn a new skill and expand on your existing political interests.
Although you will ideally be a qualified teacher with a proven track record, applications from ECTs are welcome, graduates and those looking to begin a career in teaching.
