Vision for Education is seeking to appoint a Teacher of History to join our successful supply teaching team and to work in a local secondary school in the Newcastle area. This is a long term position starting in January 2020 until the end of the Academic Year. The role is a full time position and will be to teach History up to Key Stage 5.
The desired History Teacher will be flexible and enthusiastic with a drive and commitment to providing the best education for pupils. The teacher will be secondary trained with exam class experience. The ability to teach History to Key Stage 5 is essential.

To be considered for the position of History Teacher you will:
Hold qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Have experience teaching secondary education at Key Stage 5 level.
Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of secondary Teachers.
Have a passion for teaching with the ability to plan and deliver inspiring lessons.
Have experience of teaching exam classes
