Job overview
With an immediate start, we are seeking to recruit a creative teacher of History with the skills, expertise and passion to enthuse our young people to achieve across KS3 and KS4.
The position is to work full time until December 2020, with the possibility of extending into the new year. The school is a dynamic Secondary School with high standards who expect the upmost provision for it's students.
We are looking for an innovative and deviated classroom teacher who can prepare and teach outstanding History lessons. You will need to have the skills and abilities to engage different types of learners and to work effectively as part of the school team.
The ideal candidate will:
• have a natural passion and enthusiasm for their subject
• encourage, motivate and inspire young people
• be able to work well collaboratively in terms of planning, preparation and assessment
