Grange Academy is a special school providing for children aged between five and sixteen years of age with a range of learning difficulties including moderate learning difficulties and autism. The school is moving to become part of a local Multi Academy Trust of special schools.
We are looking to appoint a talented and inspirational teacher who:
• enables learners to make at least good progress from their starting points.
• is creative in the ways they work with learners, in order to break down barriers to learning.
• is passionate about their subjects and making a difference in the lives of vulnerable children.
• is able to ensure excellent outcomes for pupils with MLD and autism.
• has an interest in joining a school which has been transformed and is confident that this will be fully recognised in the upcoming Ofsted inspection.
