Grace Academy Coventry has a new Principal and a new vision. The Academy is on a rapid journey of improvement. As a result of these changes we are looking for a talented, dynamic, inspirational Teacher of Humanities ideally with a specialism in History (Main scale/UPS) to teach across the ability range up to GCSE level from January 2018. We welcome applications from newly qualified or experienced teachers.
As an NQT at Grace Acacemy you will be supported extensively by experienced colleagues, with a dedicated mentor and a skills development programme that will provide you with the experience required to be a successful practitioner in education.
The Academy puts wellbeing and development at the heart of its work and we have very talented staff who are encouraged to grow, develop and work collaboratively. We are, therefore, committed in supporting the teachers of tomorrow in their aim to join this excellent profession.
You will be a strong classroom practitioner who will join a well-resourced faculty and take an active part in the whole school community and will receive excellent support for your own professional development, allowing you to improve and widen your own practice.
You are encouraged to come and see the Academy and see our values in action. It will give you the opportunity to see our outstanding facilities.
Grace Academy's ethos is one of success, built on inclusion, care and support for all its learners. At the Academy we put learning and learners first in every aspect of school life. Our core purpose means that we ensure that every learning opportunity is tailored to, and responsive to, the needs of all our students.
