The Faculty of Humanities
The Faculty comprises of Geography, History, Religious Studies and Social Sciences. Associate Heads of Faculty oversee each of the principal subject areas and there is an enthusiastic and committed team of 20 teachers together with a Curriculum Associate to support the faculty with administrative tasks and student support. There are thriving sixth form groups in all subjects.
We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic teacher of Humanities who will teach History at KS3 and 4, and have strong second subject knowledge. History is a very successful subject at Kingsbury with students achieving extremely well at GCSE and A’ Level.
The post is an exciting opportunity for the successful applicant to teach and work within a team of highly motivated and inspiring staff. The vacancy is suitable for an NQT or someone looking to broaden their teaching experience.
