Teacher of Geography/Humanities, salary: MPS/UPS dependent on experience, contract: permanent, full time, required from January 2018
This is an exciting and challenging post where you will be required to teach Geography ideally up to up to Key Stage 5, another humanity subject would be a distinct advantage but is not essential. You will have the opportunity to work with like minded teachers within a faculty structure.
You need to have flair and passion for your subject and be able to inspire our young people to achieve their ambitions. Geography is a high profile subject area with a healthy uptake at KS4 and 5, and a proven track record of results, therefore it is essential that you are enthusiastic, hardworking and conscientious.
This role would equally suit an experienced teacher, or an NQT who is looking for an excellent start to their career. For the right candidate we are willing to offer excellent career progression and remuneration up to UPS 3.
