We are seeking to appoint a committed and passionate practitioner of Computing with ICT who is dedicated to providing an exciting and rewarding experience for all our students regardless of their academic ability. The successful candidate will be clearly in tune with our values and be able to offer Computing and ICT across Key Stages 3 and 4, where students move through clearly defined tasks aimed at developing skills with computers and handling information in a variety of forms.

In liaison with Longsands Academy, the department offers access, and the ability to work with, humanoid robotics, Raspberry Pi technology, Cyber security/Gaming workshops at the FXP Games Festival, and schemes of work based around an annual excursion to Bletchley Park to study the birth of computers and the role of Cryptography in historical and modern societies.
