We are looking for an innovative and enthusiastic teacher of Computer Science and ICT who will inspire our students and help to develop effective skills across the full age and ability range to start in September 2019.
We have a good team of Computer Science and ICT professionals and the department is well-resourced. This is an ideal opportunity for either an NQT or experienced teacher with a passion for ICT and Computer Science learning to enhance the opportunities and experiences of students at Caldew School.

About Caldew School
Caldew School is a popular, rural 11-18 mixed comprehensive school situated south of the city of Carlisle with a catchment area that extends to the fringe of the Lake District. We have 1000 pupils on roll including Sixth Form.
We have a good and improving track record of achievement at all examination levels, good resources and facilities and a rich programme of visits and extra-curricular activities.
Our Ofsted inspection in June 2022 graded Caldew as ‘good. However, we are not complacent and we know that there are areas where we need to do better.
