Prestwich Arts College wishes to appoint an innovative and inspirational, part time (60%) Teacher of Mathematics, who has vision and commitment. The successful candidate will have the ability to teach all aspects of Mathematics across the ability range at KS3 and KS4 (GSCE). Applications are particularly welcome from both experienced teachers, and those seeking their first appointment.

The salary for this post is £13,480 - £22,950 per annum.

Prestwich Arts College is a mainstream, co-educational, non-selective, non-denominational secondary school for children aged 11-16.  It is situated in Prestwich, Manchester, near to the Metro link and the M60 motorway system and has 750 pupils on roll.  Prestwich Arts College is a school at the heart of the local community, which is diverse, creative and vibrant.  The schools vision is ‘realising greatness’; as they want every individual in its care to have the opportunity to realise their own greatness, whether that be on the sports field, in the choir, on the stage, in the computer room or in the science laboratory.
