The International College at The King’s School, Canterbury, opened in September 2018 and is the latest addition to the educational provision of The King’s School, Canterbury, which also includes The King’s School and The Junior King’s School.
We specialise in providing a soft landing in UK boarding for international students from around the world, preparing them for further GCSE and A level studies in the UK. We cater for Year 9, Year 10, and Year 11 students, with our most popular programme being the Year 11 one-year GCSE course that allows students to gain these vital qualifications in just one academic year.
We are looking for a dynamic Teacher of Mathematics to join the growing team of the International College at The King’s School, Canterbury. Our experienced Lead Teacher of Mathematics, as well as one other teacher, currently deliver all Year 9 and Year 10 courses, alongside iGCSEs and Level 2 qualifications in Mathematics and Further Mathematics in Year 11.
With the student body set to grow significantly in 2020, we are looking to expand the department and invite applications from qualified teachers with all levels of experience. We are also happy to receive applications from NQTs. The starting date will be 1st September 2020.
