The traditional values of the secondary school include everything from achieving through endeavour and placing an importance on hard work, to working in partnership with parents and the local community and wearing the Bishop Ullathorne school uniform with pride. Ofsted report
“[The headteacher] and other leaders make frequent checks on the performance of pupils and teachers. The information from the checks enables you to pinpoint effective practice and where further improvements are needed. There is a well-thought-out programme of training and support for teachers that focuses on individual and whole-school priorities. The majority of subject leaders know their departments well and lead improvements effectively.”
