Monk’s Walk is a good school, which seeks to appoint a teacher of maths to help us raise standards even further. Our maths department is highly successful – GCSE results are very good and large numbers of students study maths in the sixth form.
We have a generous relocation package; please find the details on our website. If you are currently in training, we offer the opportunity for your contract to start on 1st July and enjoy a really effective and full induction experience.
Please look at our website, Ofsted report and Facebook page (Monk’s Walk School Official) for more information about the school. The information pack under the vacancies tab on our website will give you full details about the post and how to apply. If you would like an informal conversation about the post or would like to visit us in advance of applying, please contact Matt Grinyer, Deputy Headteacher, at firstname.lastname@example.org . Matt is the member of SLT with line management responsibility for maths.
You can download an application pack from our website, under ‘vacancies’, which gives details of how to apply. Applications should be returned by e-mail to email@example.com by noon on Monday 15th January.
It would be great to hear from you.
Note: This post is classed as having a high degree of contact with children or vulnerable adults and is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
